You don't have to worry about alignment after you put them back as long as you tighten the screws on the top and the back. The alignment is adjusted by the control on the back of light assembly. Don't turn the dials and you should be fine.

the entire headlamp assembly to get the the turn signal bulbs? If so, how do I make sure the headlights are aligned correctly afterwards? Thanks guys!
