What do I use on scratches, scuffs, swirls: black? (archive)

I need a product/wax to get a multitude of scratches, scuffs and swirls out of black X5- want to sell ASAP and get new 4.6- but paint is in bad condition- WHAT DO I USE AND WHERE DO I GET IT? THANKS!!!!!!
