Yes, I have a similar noise. It is a creaking sound from the dashboard in the vicinity of the steering wheel. Pushing/pulling/prodding various areas of the dash doesn't help. I"m planning to have it looked at under warranty when I have a reason to take the X5 in. Gone three months with no problems except this noise and the key fob problem. Neither worth the trip to the dealer at this time.

only if car is going on a more of bumpy road this rattling noice comes from right side ofsteering wheel area or by the dash area near by

any one else with this?
