Dealers generally don't care about this stuff. You can order the CD and the key cd from the parts department. You stick in the upgrade CD into the NAV, turn it on, and the upgrade starts. It prompts you for the key CD (I think this will be needed on yours, some earlier NAVS don't need it). You put in the key cd. It finishes. You remove the CDs, put in the NAV CD, restart the car, and you are upgraded. Tell your dealer that this could be offered as a customer service item for all their customers requesting it, or buy it yourself.
