went down? Or did you hit the unlock, window-open button when the window went down? Service engine light can come on if you fill car while engine is running, or do not securely close gas cap before starting or open it while engine is running. If so, it will go out in a few days. Sounds like they may need to replace the light module, as moisture/corrosion must be getting in it, or else you have an occasional short.
