I'm a Dish Network customer, and really enjoy the picture, sound, and channel choice. However, it's not cheap, and very easy to run up a $120 a month bill once you start adding packages. Customer service seems to be friendly.

Charter Cable in my area is now basically blackmailing everyone into getting digital cable and to be honest the costs seem to increase every few months. Im paying over 50 bucks for extended cable and a few premium channels.

I just checked out the Dish TV site and it seems like a very good deal. Does anyone use this? Is it true that you cant get local stations?

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
