Thanks to Tommy's post on how to remove the front headlamp assembly, I removed the bulbs and changed them to home made Silvervisions by using high temp paint. I still wish the amber reflectors were not on the side of the headlamps as on my 528 but it is still a huge improvement. Did the rears also.
I've found the high temp paint used as a light coat works great and it's been about six months on the 528 and no problems. Much cheaper than spending $20 also.
