It seems you are right....I just checked bmw.ca and the things that you mentioned should be part of the SP. I wasn't even aware of the fact that the Canadian SP is different from its U.S. counterpart. However, I still don’t think that the front grille is part of the package. What they call “metal grille in front apron” refers to the little mesh in the black part of the bumper.
