Regarding special order options that can clearly be had but are not in the catalogue, (like different interior trim, heated rear seats, etc). It should not be by word of mouth that some people get certain options. It should be plain and clear to all, ESPECIALLY if the dealers are in effect, 'franchises', of BMW. Some care some don't. It does a great disservice to your customers, IMO, when some people who dig deep enough can get certain options but those who do not know or have less than motivated dealers do not. Worse, they find out after the fact of these, 'unknown' options. Solution? Make the options YES or NO or better, bring the Individual Program to the US.
