Are you referring to a kind of low thumping sound that comes from behind the steering wheel periodically? Mine makes this noise on occasion, and it almost sounds like the lid being popped off of a plastic tupperware container or something like that. I assumed it was the air conditioning changing flow around. The service bulleting the other guy is referring to is for a rubbing sound when you turn the wheel.
