1. Make certain to check telescoping wheel. If it moos like a cow, it's problematic.

2. Tell your dealer in advance not to wash your vehicle, as they often leave swirl marks. Check out www.carcareonline.com for wash/wax and care instructions.

3. Listen for rattles in rear hatch area and sunroof. Drive with roof open.

4. Make sure am radio works.
I just received word that my 02 X5 4.4, loaded with everything except 19" wheels, has arrived. I am new to this site but wanted to see if any of you pros can give me a list of inspections I should perform when I pick it up Tuesday. I can't wait.

5. Ask mechanic to show you aux fan that has been problematic, and how to make certain it functions as it should.
