When it cry's wolf and tells me to check my engine oil or the navigation system reboots three times on my way to work, or it spends a couple of days in the shop so the transmission cooler can be replaced, I just stand on the gas around a corner and smile. Nothing drives like this on crappy Houston streets.05/01 build 4.4 non-sport
Over the last five years I've leased a 7-series and 5-series - both great cars. Last month I ordered an X5 4.4i with basically every option but the sport package. To date, I haven't had any real problems with the bmws' I've leased. I've heard there have been pretty significant reliability problems with the X5. I'd be interested in what people's experience has been with this model. Thanks.
