Ready to purchase the car tomorrow. Got scared by talking a freind because of his 2001 x5 3.0's poor reliability record. Should I be worried? My car is 2002 x5 3.0 with PP, CP, RCP, xenon, automatic. I got 1600 off MSRP. Is this a good deal? I am in Kentucky.
Any comments appreciated.

I have a 2002 3.0 with 6500 miles. No problems what so ever. I am very particular and the car is very very nice. I have had none of the problems that have been discussed on the 2001 & 2002's
