I had the same thing about a month ago ... I went o the dealer and the service guy used the tools from the back of the car ...

HE simply removed the cap around the lamp .... took a black box thing from inside, opened it, removed the dead bulb and put in a fresh one, then closed the thing and put it back ....

IT didn't take more than 10 minuts .....
I recomend U ask someone professional to do it ...
