Dropped my X off this morning at dealer. They gave me a new 325i with Nav. When starting the vehicle, it DOES NOT ask you to accept any notice to begin operating. In addition, it remembers your last setting i.e. GPS or OBC. The version is 3-1/41.

Wish ours did this. I thought all BMW navs had the accept screen.

If anyone knows how to update ours to do this, I am interested. I will inquire at the dealer when I pick up the X later today.
