Meguiar's makes a couple of tire products. I like the spray-on tire and rubber protectant. It doesn't make the tires too shiny a la Armor All. I use a very slightly damp sponge to apply it. It's very easy to use. There is a Meguiar's liquid tire shine product that I do not like. It's messy, goopy, sticky and not all that good.

On a related note, I like Zymol car wash liquid and Zymol liquid wax. Neither are expensive and available in bulk from Costco.
