I finally got my ship date for my Z3!!!!!! (1/27/98)

Now comes the (somewhat trivial) question for any of you who are long-haired Z3er's:

I'm new to the world of roadsters and was wondering...what is the best method of keeping the long hair in check while enjoying having the top down?

Is a pony tail sufficient? Is a cap/hat required? Windscreen? Must I cut the hair? Other ideas?
