At 6'5", I find a hair-tie at middle and end of my 3' pony tail and wearing a baseball cap that's big enough for me to push the tail out the back of the cap works well. I picked up the extra hair-tie trick by friends of mine who commute to work on VFR's at high speeds. The ties keep the loose ends from whipping around into my face. Lately, I haven't even bothered with the extra ties, I just tuck my tail down my jacket collar. I also keep a Mason-Pearson Junior brush handy. I bought 2 more the day I picked up my Z3 :-)

ps. The tail helps keep the hat from blowing away if it flips up.

: Now comes the (somewhat trivial) question for any of you who are long-haired Z3er's:

: I'm new to the world of roadsters and was wondering...what is the best method of keeping the long hair in check while enjoying having the top down?
