Very easy.

As Keith noted, if you can find someone with small hands, they can reach over (vs cutting) the carpet and pull out the wiring taped to the side of the car. That was the step that took the longest for me.

You will need a small (4") adjustable crescent wrench if you don't have a metric wrench set.
