Hope I get some sort of warrenty cause it does not look very safe!

When I bought new Michellin Pilots (235/40/17 MXX3's) during the 98 Homecoming I asked the dealer about the warranty - he replied that the tires were racing tires designed for looks and about 15-22K miles - no warranty. If anything goes wrong with them, I have to take up the crusade with Michellin by myself.

I've only got about 1.6K miles on them now and am very happy with my purchase. The handling is supreme, and I don't miss the Dunlop's at all. Will replace the fronts with Pilots ASAP, and not just because the fronts are wearing thin also. I just wish the I could find a modest price for them.....

In reference to another post, we've only had a couple rainy days in Dallas since the 98H but the tires handled extremely well.
