We drove 99 2.3 Z3 today ! (archive)

Our local dealer received two 99 2.3's today. Both white with tan interior. The 5 speed was already pre-sold. It only had leather, cruise and fog lights.
The one we drove was Automatic, had chrome wheels, BMW In-dash Cd player which would not work. Also had fog lights, prem. package & heated seats, with sports seats. We were very impressed with the car. HELL of a buy over the 1.9. The engine was very peppy and the exhaust note was traditional BMW. Now after having the opportunity to drive the 2.3 we are even more excited about the arrival of our newest family member
(our baby). We are counting the days and there are approximately 16 long ones.
