No one makes one that you can pop in without connector plug changes. Also, most amps that put out decent power will not fit where the factory amp is--too small of an area. The a/d/s/ amps are considered pretty compact, but even they are bigger than the factory amp.

At the Z3 Homecoming, a/d/s/ had an insert in the vendor information packet. It described the correct factory speaker-level wiring to interface their amps with stock head units:
