Could anyone recommend a service rep in the Dallas area.

: My dealer experiences with my M3 were pretty bad at both Moritz and John Roberts. I'm hoping that the Z3 ones will be a little better. So far in calling around asking about the voltmeter, nobody has even heard of it yet though.

: Thanks for the help,

I've come to the conclusion that it's not service departments in general, but rather specific individuals that should be recommend or black balled.

There is a VERY skilled BMW Tech at Moritz BMW by the name of Larry Nissen. I highly recommend you talk to Steve Hooker (service advisor) at Moritz and tell him you want Larry Nissen to work on your M roadster.

Larry is practically a member of the Z3 community here in Texas, he attends most of the drives we have and really goes the extra mile for his customers. He also knows the Z3 and M roadster inside and out and is aware of ALL the service bulletins and small quirks with the BMW roadster.
