have driven M3's with the Dinan. No doubt about it, the Jim C. chip is more aggressive and smoother throughout the powerband. I noticed ~1-2mpg better with the Jim C. chip, as long as I could keep myself from hammering it at every stop light. What TMS is selling is a Jim Conforti software flash. Jim is the BMW chip guru, hands down, no arguements.
