replaced every 2 years, due to the rear window fogging, and it wasn't zippable, so the Z3 problems seem minor so far in comparison. I had my top fixed 2 weeks to repair the separated fabric and so far seems to be fine. I think they glued the fabric in place around the window seem, so time will tell how it will hold up...I'll update you on this in 5 months, so we'll know whether it's better to repair or replace.

The water leaking around the side curtain seal is only a minor annoyance to me, as it only happens under a high pressure water stream, like when I wash the car, so I just try to be a little careful about spraying at the seams.
