I've used it for 3 years now with great results. I got it from a friend who's a car-dealer - you couldn't buy it retail at the time - He uses it to detail all the new deliveries.

I've used on three black cars (Nissan, Miata and Z3) and noticed the same things as DC - It works great if you don't overspray, and if you do overspray it's hard to clean up, it's not a substitute for "real waxing" but it beats detail spray for protection, it lasts about 2 weeks with hose downs every couple of days, I wouldn't use it on a dirty car because you could scratch the finish but it makes a great "quick wax" but it is expensive, but I only go through one bottle a year.

Miata Magazine and (I think) Car & DRiver both gave it the "thumbs up" as an alternative to detailer spray.
