In preparation for this coming weekend's work on finishing the installation of my Autoloc system, I'm going through a mental debate on the best locations for the valet button and the radar sensor. My problem is that when I debate myself, I usually lose.

From the archives, suggestions for the radar sensor (3" X 3" X .5") include, fitting under the shift lever boot or under the center console (I have the famous BMW cup holder). Autoloc suggests under the passenger seat using some Velcro tape to attach to the carpet. This location would be the easiest to install.

I could not find a recommendation for the valet button from Autoloc or the archives. The button I have would require drilling a .25" hole to mount the button. I was thinking about hiding the button under the shift boot. To use the button I would push on the boot material.

Complete pics will be available upon completion.
