The radar sensor I used fits real well under the center console. One of the screws from the center console locks it in place and since I still have the cassette holder, you can remove the little cup and see LED and easily adjust the sensor.

As for the Valet button, here are some things to consider. How useful is the button? I do not have the system auto arm so the valet button means nothing to me. You can also disable the alarm with the valet button so if you don't plan on using auto arm, I would hide the button in a fairly inaccesable place.
