OK, OK, I'm just having a bit of fun.

I re-apply it every 2-3 months in the summer and also in preparation for any long trip, like to Tahoe (snow country). During the summer it also helps to keep dust and organic materials off the windshield. What I like best, is that it causes the water to bead-up into very small spheres that are easily blown off the car. This not only works well on the windshield but also on the other windows. Do you ever wish you had wipers for the side windows? No, rolling the window down at 60MPH in the rain does not count as a window wiper! This stuff really does a nice job.

My Z3 will be the first _new_ car that I have used it on. I'm waiting to find out how it prevents the "wiper-blade-glass-polishing effect" you find on most cars. You can see this effect when you clean your windshield, as the windex evaporates.

By the way, after 13 weeks and 3100 miles I have yet to use the wipers. Does anyone know where the wiper control is? Maybe it is near the power top control which I used once as a test when I took delivery. :-)
