I am exchanging my Z3 for an Elise next month...I'll tell you how I get on.

: I work at British Gas technology in loughborough and have just been VERY fortunate to see/be in THE ONLY LPG powered Lotus Elise in the world!!!!, wasn't allowed to drive it tho!
: It was metallic burgundy with a black softtop.

: Specs are
: 90 mile range on LPG tank
: Small petrol tank - range unknown
: 10 - 15% less power due to LPG (0-60 = 6 secs)

: I am 6'1" and I stood next to it, came up to my HIP level!!! Looked awesome - I am now very torn between my beloved Z3 and this little go-kart (which is 4000 cheaper than my Z3 1.9)!!! Trouble is, it looks really basic inside! Dash very cheap and basic and NO radio and NO carpets - not really a daily driver!

: What a week!!
