Here in Ottawa my dealer shop Manager suggested all that I had to do was:

Fuel additive from STP (the 3 in one) in a full tank.
over inflat the tires to 40.
Park the tires on thick carpet or on 1/2 wood.

Then:

Per month, run the eingine for a few minutes
2-3 times through the winter drive the car about 100m to rotate the tires and makes sure no flat spots.

Both could be done if colder. But get those tires off the cement.
