: the wiper blades over time, causing an annoying sound when you actually have to use the wipers. Perhaps this is planned to get you addicted to using the product. It took me a while to correlate the use of Rain-X with the wiper noise. I used to use it on all my vehicles, and I loved it, not anymore. Of course, I could use it and just change my wiper blades 3 times more often than normal. Oh hell, it's just easier to apply more Rain-X.

: : Hey Ed,

: : Found the Rain-X today (at K-Mart of all places) and have just 'applied' it. It sure is strange stuff. It hasn't rained yet but as soon as it does I'm out there. (Despite the Z3 being in pristine clean condition).
: : Has anyone else any comments on Rain-X. How often do you re-apply it?

: : Regards, Neil
