Yes! Every leasing company is different but you can call any of them and request a list. In fact, many leasing companies list it right on the lease itself. Regardless, don't be too worried, they are usually lenient, especially though the manufacturer's leasing company (BMWFS) where the inspection is done by the dealer. Still, to protect yourself against unexpected charges, call the leasing company and find out where the inspection will be done (dealer, etc.) then take the car in a month early to have them look at it and tell you what items they would charge you for if the vehicle was returned in that condition. Take care of those items yourself before turning the vehicle in.

: I'm more concerned with the lease-end inspection. Anyone know how they judge "fair wear and tear", paint, windshield, tires etc??? Is there a checklist one could get their hands on?
