Actually if we look at the 1.9 liter on the integra Type R it has and flat torque curve of about 104 ft.lbs and red lines around 8K. I would guess that to get 120 hp/liter you are looking at 8.5K or 9K redline. It is very hard to increase torque without increacing displacement or forced induction. You will probably see 110 ft. lbs of torque.

: How much torque does the VTec 2.0 litre 4 cyl engine produce, and where in the RPM range is that torque? Not sure if it's my "Kessler education" or just me being a Z3 homer, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear the torque is in the same ballpark as the 2.3 litre Z3.
