My Z3 is a 4-96, I am the second owner.

The first one got every option paid an extra $5k
for the right to order a Z3 before anyone had one. He paid almost $40k.

I bought a year later, I paid almost $28k, now you say it, was a year old, it should have been less. well as I said it had most every option.

I checked it out about 2 weeks ago, it's value at this point about $22k if I remember right.

Next year I would guess 21, the big hit is over now.

Guess all I am saying is, BMW is just a car
( ohhh burn him, burn him, heretic )
and will drop in cost each year, just like any other car.

unlike what a sales type will tell you, the car will not be a collectors item ( for the next 20 years ) and hold it's value in some magic way.

I was wondering when I bought I paid several thousand in taxes, if you lease do you still pay that kind of sales tax ?
