Having had a bit to do with customer surveys and customer satisfaction, I am always coming across sales reps who want to tell management that "the customers are wrong when they say they don't like me".
What a ridiculous proposition. If you as a customer aren't happy, then that's the only thing that should matter - not what led you to that point, what you as a customer consider to be reasonable, or whatever.
I doubt BMW management will take the dealer seriously... (Then again, given some of my experiences, perhaps management too is in denial!)
