The BMW alarm uses a positive pulse on lock and unlock. The Autoloc window module needs a negative pulse to interface with the alarm. Lee - the circuit I faxed you with the relay inverts the BMW alarm lock pulse (makes the positive pulse negative) so it should interface with your Autoloc module.

I have not wired the Autoloc window module - but have added my own alarm to my Z3. If you need more information, I can most likely help.
