: Hi Gizz

: They are not 4k cheaper (that was posted by Roger not I)

: I managed to jump the queue and my car arrives with metallic paint, leather, a radio fitting kit, alarm and fog lights for 24k.

: I was at Silverstone on Friday with some very accomplished racing drivers who all agreed that the Elise is the best sports car of recent years. Having driven it that day all I can say is that it was truly amamzing.

: As I keep saying the Z3 is not a true sports car but a fabulous touring/sports car. It needs to be sharpened up and lightened and stiffened.

: I agree with some of your points...but I dont need electic windows etc..what I need are superb steering responses, a tremendous handling/ ride package, exclusivity. I only travel some 8k miles a year and am anle to borrow sensible cars from my family for any long journies (and I prefer using those to the Z3 for journies longer than 1.5 hours anyway). Have you read autocar mag, they have covered 36k miles in 1 year in the Elise with no reliability probs or leaks.

: I must agree with the problems of getting in and out of the car though!

: Kamal
