This can be alignment, wheel balance, a bent wheel or a sticking caliber. Force the issue with your dealer!

How is the wear on that tire? Is it uneven or one sided? Go for alignment. If it looks good have the calibers checked.

The brake pads should "float" in the calibers so you get even braking from each pad. If they are sticking you could get a pull to one side when braking.

Also how is the road surface(s) in your area? With wide tires I get a pull sometimes with rutted road surfaces, but it go'es away on flat even pavement.

If you feel it's not right FORCE THE ISSUE with your dealer! As far as I am concerend brakes are the most important system on your car, make sure they are right!
