I didn't need a tow after the encounter with the deer; however I contacted BMW Roadside Assistance. They confirmed the nearest BMW dealer and put me in contact with them immediately. By the time arrived, Valley BMW was expecting me and had already started to work out details with my insurance company. The dealer atlas is also a superb idea. The last thing you feel like doing in a wounded car is driving all over the place in a strange city trying to find a dealer.
