Since the Alarm uses a radio combination, there is a chance that at any given time two of the same cars will be locked with two of the same combinations. I believe that this chance is something like 1 in 4 million. Go buy that lotto ticket! :)

As far as if you are concerned, I think that the BMW alarm runs on a rotating code, but I'm not sure..if not ask your dealer to reset the alarm combination (like if one of your alarm controls got stolen)
