From what I have heard (just at dealer today), there won't be a switch...but the dealer can disable the passenger airbag...and that it will be a dealers perogative as to whether they will perform the service or not.

Also, as the government paperwork only covers (from the dealers understanding) switches that disable and re-enable the airbag, while this is a disabling of it altogether (which is in direct conflict with US standards that all passenger cars of this era have airbags...I assume they mean working ones), there will probably be a grat deal of confusion as to whether it is legal to disable it permanantly.

Of course this is all hear say at this point

4/'98 2.8l Drk Grn/Beige/Black - 17" - sport bun warmers - Wood steering wheel, brake handle and trim - Dinan chip, strut brace, and free-flow cold air intake snorkle thingy, modified theBaba/Mike K. Borla Turbo Muffler & Inter-Cooled Tips exhaust - yada, yada, yada - and no power top (real roadsters don't have no fuggin' power top!)

: Airbag - There isn't going to be an airbag disable switch. The passenger airbag can be de-activated by the dealer. You should contact your dealer for further details.

: Don't give up yet, something tells me this might not be true. If you want the switch get the first step out of the way and read this.
