: Hey everyone,

: I posted this message to the BMW digest today, and learned about this site (and got some good answers to some questions!) But I'll also post it here:

: Just picked up my M Coupe today! I have some questions for those of you who
: have paid a lot more attention than me to this mailing list :-)

: 4. Where would the CD changer go? Or, does anyone know if I can replace the
: stock H-K head unit with the in-dash one that's now a factory option but wasn't
: when I ordered? Part numbers?

Believe it or not I was told that BMW is mounting the remote cd player stack in the center of the trunk floor area on both the M roadster and coupe, go figure.

: 5. Does the nifty Da'lan trailer hitch with the vertical, hidden receiver fit on
: the M Coupe/Roadster, or only on the basic Z3s with a single muffler?

No way, Jose. With the dual muffler system and the battery well located in between them, there's very little room for anything else to mount to; the coupe and the roadster are totally different from the other Z3's in this area. This will be a custom job requiring some creative engineering until somebody puts one on the market.
