I'm looking to improve the roll characteristics of my 2.8, while also lowering the car to achieve more of that "hunkered down" look A somewhat stiffer ride is okay, but bonejarring won't do. Are we talking springs, sport shocks and sway bars or some subset thereof?

Lots of folks offer aftermarket suspension mods; Tuner, AC Schnitzer, Racing Dynamics, Dinan, etc.,-anyone have any recommendations?

Will any solution allow me to lower the car 2-3" to fill up more of those massive wheel wells (I ride on 17" Bridgestone S-02s (225/45 (f) and 255/40 (r))
