It is November 13-14. (Friday and Saturday) Sorry, but Friday events are already filled.
Here is what is on the BMW CCA site:
"Nov 13-14 -- ///M Day USA reunion at Spartanburg
Registration opens September 17, by phone at 800-422-4345.
A preliminary schedule includes a "driving event" using the M Coupe on Friday. There will also be a rally/tour, exhibits, Concours, and barbecue. My sources tell me that there will many historic and contemporary race cars and drivers on hand. They are also trying to roundup all M1s for a twenty year reunion. A new line of M Style accessories is to be presented. This is being advertised as an event not to be missed.
The headquarters hotel is the Marriott (864-297-0300) at the airport. Exit 54 on I 85 just northeast of Greenville. They had a waiting list as of today (the National Board meeting was moved from Omaha to this site). The Fairfield Inn (864-234-9916) at the same exit had rooms, $62/2 adults. There is also a Holiday Inn Express (864-277-8921) at this exit. There is also a great Hyatt in downtown Greenville. This will be the site of O'Fest '00."

"BMW M Power: A legendary heritage of winning performance by design. BMW of North America invites you to celebrate the most powerful letter in the world: M. 20 years ago, BMW M GmbH introduced the first officially badged M car, the M1. Only 452 of these exotic sports cars were produced, but its significance has been felt since. The M brand has grown to become an icon in the automobile industry and the shining symbol at the heart of the BMW brand, exemplifying the epitome of high performance production based cars. To celebrate the success of the M brand, BMW is inviting all owners of BMW M cars to "M Day USA" on November 13 and 14. The event will start on Friday, November 13, with a special driving program at the Spartanburg airport, where the first 200 people who register will participate in the 20th anniversary of the BMW Driving School. A unique autocross will be created on site and all participants will learn the secrets of high performance driving in new BMW M coupes from some of BMW's most notable professional driving instructors. Saturday, November 14, is the celebration of M in the USA. Be part of the group photo of 500 M cars and owners on the lawn of the BMW Manufacturing facility; the first 20 of each M car owners who register will participate in the M concours d'Elegance; see special one-of-a-kind M products and exhibits from BMW M in Munich; visit with special M representatives; see the special M historical video; stop by the M Lifestyles Accessories booth to see what's brand new; meet the PTG M3 racing team; find out who the 13 winners are (including the winner of the 100,000th M car, a special M roadster) from the BMW CCA raffle; and have the opportunity to hear from special guests during our evening M presentation and barbecue. In all, M Day USA will be a gathering of the truly faithful, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate with everyone who appreciates M power. You won't want to miss it. Just call 800 422-4345 to confirm registration and obtain other information."
