All the quality makers of springs offer spring kits to lower your car about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2". This is a lot and the springs will be very stiff.

H&R springs looks like they may offer a kit to lower the car about 1" in the front and 1/2" in the rear. This would be better but not avalable as of yet.

As good as it looks lowered be for warned, your car will be a pain in parking lots, crossing speed bumps and dealing with "off road" trips. The Z3 is low enough now that I have problems getting a floor jack under mine!

Remember your air dam clears the curb by about 1/2" now...
