1. the track tire pic is taken from father away
2. i don't know if you have even jacked up your car (i'm sure you did on the 1.9 when you put on the ACS rims) but the suspension needs to settle since it has been unloaded. i took a pic awhile ago of an "M 4x4" which illustrated this point. Here is a pic of the car after i drove it the past couple of days.

compare that with before it settled.

3. the track tires are a bit shorter (due to the 255/40 vs 265/40, so maybe that plays a role ??

my personal opinion is it is an optical illusion with the suspension being unloaded

any other opinions?
