: I'm using 2 SPL10 DVC subs (10") which require a sealed enclosure of .5-1.1 cubic feet. Can the 2 subs share the same chamber if it is 1.5 cubic feet, or should there be a separator.
***Opinions will differ but I do NOT think it is necessary to split the enclosure into two seperate enclosures. I do, however, always brace the inside of the box to avoid any flex.
: I was going to wire each sub in parallel then connect them in series to a bridged output on Rubicon502 (500W x 1 at 1 ohm) sharing the same chamber in the enclosure.
***You might even want to try a parallel/parallel set-up...the amp probably won't mind...just check it for heat.
: Any pros or cons to the set up? Can you email or post the answer.
: Thanks in advance
