I don't think anyone is trying to supress a particular point of view...it's just the manner in which the point of view is being shared.

Example...

GOOD: The 1.9 may be slower than the other Z3's but if you learn how to work the engine, it's an absolute blast to drive.

BAD: The 1.9 is a joke! It's so slow that it shouldn't be considered a sports car.

Anthony, it's not that we don't want to hear these points of view...it's just that we don't like how they are being presented. I completely support your right (as does almost EVERYONE else here) to state your opinions, whether or not they are popular. However, we simply ask that ALL posts adhere to a standard of courtesy and proper manners.

Example...

GOOD: Boy, that new Coupe sure has some interesting lines. I don't think I'd buy one but you sure have to give BMW credit for being different.

BAD: The new BMW Coupe is the ugliest piece of shit that I've ever seen. Only guys with 2" willies would buy one to compensate for their lack of equipment.

It's all about the delivery and not about the content. I support EVERYONE'S right to post their own opinions here AS LONG AS THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS. This does NOT mean that everyone (or even anyone) has to agree with the CONTENT of the posts, just that the posts themselves should not be inflammatory, inconsiderate or offensive.
