And the loudmouth drunk at the end of the bar is insulting your girlfriend (or worse - your car)
Anthony - I think you're getting off track here. This is not real life, this is not the government, this is not about free speech. This is a really slow conversation between a bunch of car guys and girls who have a common interest - BMW Z3's. The only thing missing, of course, is beer. Pretend we're in a bar having a nice conversation. Just like any other conversation, if there's someone who insists on being loud and obnoxious, people will tell him to chill-out, settle down or leave. If he refuses it the right of every bar to employ a bouncer. Alan is our bouncer. Quite frankly, if it was me (or some others on this board) we would save a lot more bandwidth through deleted posts. IMHO, Alan (and others) have been very liberal and have allowed the party to deteriorate a tad much. There's plenty of room for humor (on and off color) plenty of room for dissent, plenty of room for information and silliness, but when it starts getting rude and boring and repetitive, it's time to edit the party. Re-read DC's first post and his reply above and stop equating this board to a fundamental constitutional right.
